If an exchange or refund is required, the items should be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. They must be returned in their original, resaleable condition and packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected.


Your right to cancel

You have a right to cancel your order after receipt. If you wish to cancel, you must inform us in writing (either by email or by letter) within seven working days after the day you receive your goods. In the case of cancellations, you must return the items in their original condition and retail packaging. You will be responsible for paying for the return of the goods, however your refund will include the original delivery charge. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of your cancellation, providing that the goods have been returned to us within that period.


Faulty Goods

If goods are thought to be faulty, please return them to the address below. You must inform us of the fault within 5 days of receipt of purchase and return them to us within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. If the goods are found to be faulty, a refund or exchange will be given according to the your requirements.


Exchanges

If you have found another item that you would rather have from our store and wish to exchange with a product you have ordered, please return the original purchase to us and we will gladly exchange the goods for another item and resend them to you. If you wish to exchange, please inform us within seven working days, and return the original goods with 14 working days. The returned goods must be in their original and undamaged packaging, and in a resaleable condition. We will refund any difference in the price if the goods you receive in exchange for the originals are cheaper than the original order; alternatively we must receive payment for any price excess by credit or debit card prior to dispatching replacement goods. You will be responsible for paying for the return of the goods, and delivery charges will be applied at the discretion of the management.


Substitutions

Although we carefully manage our stock levels, there may be occasions when goods are unavailable. Our policy is not to automatically dispatch substitutes in the case of your selected goods not being available; instead we will contact you and discuss any possible substitution. You will have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund including the delivery charge applied, if you choose not to accept our suggested substitution.


How to Return Goods

Please wrap your goods securely and in packaging that is robust enough to protect them in transit.

When sending goods to us please enclose a letter clearly explaining the reason for the return, or write a note on the back of the invoice (or a copy). You can also email us on enquiries@artisticaonline.com stating 'RETURN' in the header

Please ensure that you obtain a certificate of postage as your insurance against loss or damage. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost while in transit to us.
