Delivery and Charges

  • Artistica charges for post, packing and delivery based on the net total weight of the shipment. Please see the table below for an overview of charges. Shipments of 10 Kilograms and above will be subject to special charges and we will email or call you to discuss charges prior to shipment.
  • We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that any orders placed before 2:00pm on a normal working day (Monday to Friday) will be despatched on a same-day basis.
  • Artistica currently delivers to UK, Europe, US and Australia. UK orders are despatched via Special Delivery for next-day delivery or Parcelforce 48 in the case of packages over 2kg. Outside the UK we use a variety of Royal Mail services plus local carriers, and delivery timescales will vary.
  • Fulfilment of orders and the stated delivery timescales are subject to the product being available. If it is out of stock we will email you with an option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Goods can be shipped to an address which is different from that of the Credit / Debit card holder. However, you must enter the billing address fully and correctly, exactly as it appears on your Credit / Debit card bill and on the records of your Credit / Debit card company.

We recommend that you use only a clearly defined work address (with company name where applicable) as an alternative shipping address. You may set a residential shipping address, however to protect you and our company from the dangers of Credit Card fraud we may delay the despatch of your order until we have confirmed your details.

Procedures applied by the shipping company if nobody is available at the shipping address will vary by carrier.

  • Special Delivery - Signature will be obtained on delivery of Item from the recipient but not necessarily the addressee. In the event that no-one is available to receive a Special Delivery item a card will be left providing the customer with the option to have the item delivered at a later date.
  • Parcelforce - When there is no one available to accept the item, Parcelforce will provide a range of options for the customer to obtain their package. A card informing them of the choices available to them locally will be left at the address when they attempt to deliver the package. Alternatively, they can leave the parcel at a convenient local address.
  • Some international services are not signed for on delivery.

Please note that there may be additional charges for the delivery arrangements requested by the person receiving the package.

Non Delivery / Errors in Delivery

Artistica will ensure that all products ordered are despatched in a prompt manner in line with your instructions at the time you placed an order. If the goods do not arrive you must contact us on our Customer Service line within 5 working days of expected delivery. If the parcel arrives but your order is incomplete, incorrect or items are damaged you must contact our Customer Service line within 5 days of receipt.
